Update: I'm glad to say that @TMobile is back to top customer service team in my books. As a music artist with small funds, I keep an eye on my expenses. So many of the corps tief from us daily. @TMobileHelp has human & humane service and took accountability💜
@Drew_mkes_music One rule I developed after some awful experiences in the music business is, I make music only with people I respect, and trust (has to be mutual), or, else it has to pay me alot of money and up front.
Im relieved and thankful to say that there is a department at @TMobileHelp that is helpful in reality, and took accountability for another department that was failing me as a long term customer.
I will follow up with how it works out, 👍

5 customer service reps lied, and the supervisor just said it doesn't matter. I said the calls are recorded so you have proof.
@TMobileHelp I was promised a Google pixel 9 for a trade in with my current phone over 7 months ago sometime last fall. I can verify the exact dates of the call if required. To keep this brief, this past week since April I was promised calls back that never happened,
"no one wants to see a mob movie from the female perspective"

4 clarity the third party in question is @bestbuy they sell enough and make enough$$$ on these computers that they are responsible to know the next technical steps re the computer and help their customer with this product setup. C'mon step up like @Apple do
Third party companies need to start being responsible and accountable for what they promise a customer when selling them something i.e. @BestBuy online sold me a computer and promised that their geek squad would do the migration free. @GeekSquad has to charge $$. Not their fault.
