Great way to start off the new year- gym lock on my locker at @24hourfitness Chino was cut and all my belongings were stolen including my car keys and car was stolen from the parking lot, but they said they can’t check cameras because there’s no manager on duty today. Thanks!!😡

Customer service told me anyone apparently can go on https://t.co/FPl69m9M5c website and request a power turnoff with just your name and address without actually verifying my identity. How is this even possible?! Be aware!! @SCE

A @SCE technician came to my house to turn off power without my authorization, but said I personally requested it when I didn’t. I’ve been on the phone for 2 hrs talking to one supervisor passed on to the next without any answer as to why this happened. WTF!!
