-despues de cenar 2 ashwaghandas
-cuando te metas en la cama 2 zma con 3 gramos de glicina.
-déjate una valeriana para cuando te despiertes a las 3 o 4 de la mañana. Mesa te tomas la valeriana y a mimir.
Ponte gafas que bloqueen la luz azul Justo después de cenar.
no tomes melatonina, corta la producción de testosterona. Si estás en TRT entonces puedes tomar.
