The donor was about 35 years old and graft completely cleared the lactate in 1 hour and 30 minutes. 😉

Steatotic #liver graft (60% macrovesicular steatosis) rejected by another transplant team during the procurement.

#Accepted, perfused in normothermic machine perfusion and successfully transplanted to a young patient affected by #HCC.

Always give it a #chance!
