The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.

The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.

Access to all other Claude models is not affected.

We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

「開発者目線」では「システムが悪い」は正しいと思いますし、おそらく行���を指摘されておられる皆さんも同じ意見だと思います。
問題はそこではなく、業務システムの為の内部 API のエンドポイント(この場合ユーザセッションではない事とします)に本来取り得ない範囲外の値を送信してもしサービスを落とし被害が発生した場合、犯罪になる可能性は低いが業務妨害と捉えられる可能性はあるんだよという事を、技術者でありながら指摘しておられるだけなのです。
美術展に行って展示品にゴミが付いてると思って触ったら壊れてしまった、こんなケースもあるんだから触らない方がいいぞという指摘かと。「勝手に触れる状態なのが悪い」はまぁ分かりますが...
