@rsVeeV Sorry to hear that, that really sucks. In that case I'd try to get them to retract it and offer to delete the video in question myself so that at least the channel stays in good standing. It's really scummy to just issue a strike without warning though so I hope they reconsider.

@rsVeeV As for fair use, I've learnt the hard way it basically means you are at the mercy of the cr holder, and is more like a court argument than a right, but I'd have expected Jagex to be merciful.
