I want to talk about the unfair treatment I experienced in Bohemian Guardians.

Together with Real Homie, we joined Bohemian Guardians as two Turkish coaches. Before we joined, we were told that most of the roster was already set.

The team asked us to recommend a mid lane player. Even though we hadn’t worked with him before, we suggested a young Turkish player named Robi, whose VODs we liked, and the management approved this decision.

We started the split with this roster: our top laner and support were Czech, our AD Carry and jungler were Greek, and our mid laner was Turkish.

Because our jungler was underperforming and said he would have time issues, we stated that a change was needed. However, none of our suggestions for a new player were considered, and without consulting us, management added another Greek player to the roster. This was the first time I saw a player transfer being made without asking the coach.

We got an unexpected win in the second match, which created a positive atmosphere in the team. However, we were not happy with our new jungler. He showed an aggressive attitude towards us and did not listen to our feedback about his performance.

After his poor performance in the third match, we were informed that we were removed from the team in the middle of the split, without any explanation and without following the terms of our contract. Also, the full agreed payment was not made. After this situation, the Polish assistant coach left the team by his own decision because of this unfair situation.

Another important point is that three Turkish members were removed from the team at the same time. Neither the players nor the other coaching staff were asked about this decision. Later, we learned that this decision was made internally by the Greek management, and they replaced us with Greek players and a coach.

What happened in the fourth match is already known by everyone. Being removed in the middle of the split put me in a difficult position, and I wanted to speak about this unfair treatment. Everyone also saw the absurd match that happened after these decisions. I don’t think it is that hard to understand or see the situation. This needs to be investigated. I want what I am owed.

While I agree with your points, having 20%wr(5games) with 1.2 KDA would be classified as griefing in most cases and is not helping your points. In older seasons, as you would know, players would practice meta picks in normal games before playing ranked. 1/2

I can Q on my Chall acc ANY role, pick the HARDEST champ in game like Azir, first time, and NOTHING will happen.
But if I lock in off-meta on my main role (even on second low-Masta acc) - just one report bans me.

As I said, I agree 100% of meta picks are needed in League and should be encouraged, not punished. But I doubt that those poor Master players had fun while you practiced your next competitive pocket pick. 2/2

Il faudrait être disponible Lundi ou Mardi pendant 1h environ. Soit l'aprem, soit le soir

Plus vous êtes un joueur complet mieux c'est (champion pool, a joué en compétition même à plus bas niveau) mais ce n'est pas ESSENTIEL (si t'es OTP 2k LP c'est ok)
