Was a @virginmedia customer for 30+ years , since they were c&w , ntl , moving out of their service area . , Give 30 days notice , and still get charged £14 early cancellation fee. Communication from them is an absolute joke , money grabbing f∆¢€e#$ , goodbye

@virginmedia How long is a contract period ? More than 30 years then I presume !! Sent several emails to your [email protected] , got several standard letters back , spent more time on hold on the phone that was worth more than the £14 , received the same letter 4 times in one day
