Her name was Angelina. She was just one year old.
Today, a Russian missile killed her and her mother on a children’s playground in Ukraine’s 🇺🇦Kharkiv region.
And yet, many seem to believe that business as usual with Russia is possible.
How utterly sickening🤬🤬🤬

WIDERLICH!

[JvB @IXI4242]

@RpsAgainstTrump He’s completely mad – how on earth do sensible Americans put up with him without going mad themselves?

[JvB @IXI4242]

@annettedittert Sehr verdient, herzlichen Glückwunsch!

Prenotazione consigliata allo 060608.

@SunnySnowball That would finally be a positive geopolitical development in relation to those two psychopaths in the West and the East...

#RomanSiteSaturday - The Sacred Area of Largo di Torre Argentina is one of Rome’s most important Republican-period archaeological complexes. Discovered unexpectedly during demolition work in 1926, it preserves four temples, conventionally labelled A–D because their precise identifications remain uncertain.

The temples were built and remodelled between the 4th and 1st centuries BC. Temple C is the oldest, while the circular Temple B is generally identified as the Temple of Fortuna Huiusce Diei. The sanctuary was later restored under Domitian after the fire of AD 80. Behind the temples are the remains of the Curia of Pompey, where Julius Caesar was assassinated on 15 March 44 BC.

Launched on Sept. 5, 1977—16 days after Voyager 2—Voyager 1 quickly overtook its twin as they journeyed to explore the outer solar system.

Today Voyager 1 is the most distant human-made object, and on Nov. 18, it will reach another historic milestone: one light-day from Earth. At that distance, a signal from Earth will take 24 hours to reach the spacecraft—and another 24 hours to return.
