@swhintheshadows 2/2 veritibrae and I had bleeding probs. So it was very important for me to get moving. The next day they had me practice standing. It hurt, but every little bit helps. Even if you can only stand for 15 seconds. By dinner the next day I was sitting in a chair. I’ll be here for u!

they were tough but very productive. Little by little. I sat up for lunch. They had me roll over a couple times to change bandages. I had complications during mine and they had to cut out more of my 1/2
