Reason for leaving:Unjust compensation and deficient benefits
Possible Solution:Provide better compensation and include benefit plans
Government's Action Plan:Ban the nurses to go abroad and starve them

Yong iba mas mababa pa sa 900php/day. Even lower than 400/day. some will say pa nga mababa pa yong 110k/month n offer.Mas malaki pa dyan kayang ibigay ng iba mgka nurse lang sila na PINOY. Ganyan tayo ka precious sa ibang bansa.
