You need to take back control of your happiness. Quit putting it in someone else’s hands. Make up your mind that no matter what people do, no matter what they say, how they treat you, they’re not going to steal your joy.
No matter how nice you are, you’re going to encounter people who are hard to get along with. How you handle difficult people will determine how high you will go.
When you don’t understand it, you have to trust Him. “God, You know what’s best for me. I’m going to follow where You lead.” When you have that kind of attitude, God will keep you in your place of blessing.
Whenever you’re on the verge of a new level, negative seeds will come trying to talk you out of it. You can let those words take root or you can guard your mind and not let the doubt, the inferiority, talk you out of your destiny.
There may be things you’re believing for that seem far off, no sign in the natural. But like Abraham, you need to keep seeing it from a distance, trusting that God is working, welcoming the promise. God is going to do for you what He did for him. Breakthroughs are coming.
God is with you, whether you feel His presence or not. The mature believer doesn’t let how he feels determine his relationship with God. You can simply choose to believe God is with you today. You can make the choice to love and worship God in faith. You can pray, believe He hears you, and trust that He is going to provide everything you need. When you make these choices, you will find a new peace in your walk with the Lord, and you will be stable in every season of life. #JoyceQuote
We all have challenges. There are things we could be worried about. But do your best to stay in the now, to enjoy each day, to not just be present, but to be connected.
God is going to work all things for your good. While you’re waiting, when you don’t see anything happening, trust Him enough to enjoy your life. See the good in each day; be grateful for what you have.
How much time are you wasting offended, upset, letting difficult people steal your joy? It’s time to get focused. Tune out all of the negative and run your race with purpose.
God will make things beautiful in your life. Whether you made the mistakes or life threw you some curves at no fault of your own—bad breaks, disappointmentsGod saw it. Your time is coming. He didn’t bring you this far to leave you.
Why are you living worried, stressed, guilty? God has you in the palm of His hand. You can’t stop those feelings from coming, they’re valid. I’m simply saying that feelings don’t always tell the truth. Feelings are not facts.
God didn’t create you to get stuck at one level and stay there. He has new opportunities, new relationships, new favor. It may look like you’ll always struggle in your life. No, get ready; something new is coming.
Wherever God has you, be your best where you are. Don’t cut corners, waste time, show up late. If you’re not faithful where you are, God can’t trust you with more. That’s a test.
What’s held you back is being removed: poverty, addictions, sicknesses, trouble at work. God is breathing on your life in a new way. There’s going to be strength that you can’t explain, fresh energy, fresh vision, favor that you didn’t see coming.
God didn’t accidentally give you the wrong personality, make you too quiet, too outgoing, having the wrong gifts. He matched you for your world. You have exactly what you need to fulfill your destiny.
