We’re owed 4 x $400 for a flight delay. We were told we’d receive links from @eConciliador to claim it.

Twice now, those emails never came.

It's starting to feel like this process by @AirCanada and @eConciliador is intentionally broken and being ignored to avoid having to pay out compensation to customers.

Or be frustrating to the point where people give up.

@FathomDotVideo I can’t wait until Fathom can eventually roll out recording phone calls.

Currently still have to find a workaround for when a client calls me on the phone. Would be awesome to integrate fathom as it’s so core to my workflow now!
