I agree pensions have changed for nearly everyone but Drs pay a lot into the pension scheme which they share with all NHS workers. Also it's not a normal pension, there's no pot, chance for SIPP etc

Current resident/junior doctors also do not have job security or appropriate training pathways anymore unlike previous doctors.
