@AppleSupport My AppleCare+ Loss & Theft claim (Case ID 102781319433) was approved & £109 paid, but my replacement iPhone 15 Pro never arrived. UPS marked it delivered with no proof & no delivery attempt was made. Multiple advisors have misinformed me & refused escalation.

Absolutely appalling service from @Europcar at Birmingham Airport. Arrived at 10:30pm (close at 11) and the staff member, Kasir, turned off the lights, started hoovering, and refused to give us the car we’d already booked. Rude, dismissive and totally unprofessional. Do better.
