WNBA is going insane. Some players and coaches are preaching inclusivity...its ok for men to play in women's sports. What they have forgotten is the "W" in WNBA stands for WOMEN or am I missing something.
@MelGibso1 Some of the best wines in the Middle East at one time were grown in Iran (I as an American lived there in the 1960s). It's a shame the conservative Shiites took over. The have ruined a beautiful cultural and slaughtered a generation of young people.
@Geniustechw I'm sorry but you are not in Iran or Saudi Arabia or ??...this is the USA. If we are in your home country, we have to follow the culture and rules. The same applies here. Adapt to our culture if not find a place that suits your views.
Luckily @RepJasmine is an aberration that will fade from people's memories. She will be a minor footnote in history, known only for her rants against Republicans & @AlvedaCKing. History is rampant with subpar Congressional members & will continue if DSA members are elected.
What people don’t realize/know about Iran Shia orthodox believers is they have a marterdom complex? Very unlikely that the orthodox Shia will surrender without the death of thousands of their citizens… They do not care.
Feckless UN has allowed the murderous leadership of Iran to continue terrorising Middle East and United States. Thousands have died. Iranian thugs hanging their young people for minor offenses. I like Iranian people and hope they rise up against mullahs mired in 13th century.
I must agree with @tedcruz …"We should be arming the protesters in Iran. NOW” .. I lived in Iran for three years long ago, and found the Iranian people to be a fine hospitable people. Unfortunately, the current Iranian administration mired in the 10th century has no understanding of how to live in the modern world. The Iranian people deserve better and something must be done before a whole generation is murdered.
No and I am a Republican…#POTUS47 is wandering far a field. There is a reason we only allow two terms for a president, and the 22nd amendment should not be overturned. His foreign policy focus should be on Iran, Russia, and China not Greenland. He is close to ruining the NATO partnership. I support many of his policies but not all. What I am afraid of is many of his actions are turning people away from him, and the Republicans will lose the midterms.
Thousands of people have been killed in Iran. Why won’t #POTUS47 take concrete measures against the IRGC and others. For instance, maybe IRGC headquarters should disappear
Again for the record, I am a republican, but I do not support everything Trump does. What the hell is wrong with him… First of all Greenland belongs to Denmark; second of all you don’t threaten your allies with tariffs just because you don’t get your way. He is well on his way to alienating a lot of people and Republicans losing the midterm elections.
Seven days ago, our daughter sent a package from Buffalo New York via @USPS priority mail. When you pay the extra money, you would think the package would get here timely. Unfortunately, it still isn’t here. I have been tracking it and for whatever reason, it has been bouncing back-and-forth between processing facilities in the Washington DC area for the last five days …twice to the same facility. Oh well!
The latest version of @Lightroom , Version 15, has drawn significant complaints from users who report dramatic slowdowns compared to Lightroom 14. Many describe the software taking far too long to launch, hesitating when switching between the Library and Develop modules, and struggling to open or render images that previously loaded instantly. Even simple tasks—such as moving from one photo to the next—feel noticeably sluggish, disrupting workflow and making routine editing sessions frustrating.
Users report that common online suggestions, such as optimizing the catalog, disabling GPU acceleration, increasing the Camera Raw cache, or resetting preferences, provide little to no improvement in Lightroom 15. The issues seem tied directly to the new update rather than system configurations, as the same machines ran Version 14 smoothly. As a result, many photographers are considering rolling back to the previous version while waiting for Adobe to release performance fixes or updates that address the slowdown.
