This remodel is almost complete. We’re finishing up the wall tile. Then we’ll set the plumbing fixtures 🛁🚿🚽, do some light drywall/mud&tape, and then finish trimming out, and boom 👏

Here’s an update of one of our remodels in Bellevue. We just had the plumbers (Nobul) come to finish hooking up the water lines for the two shower head’s 🚿. Next up is installing hardie/sheetrock and then prep for tile 😎

We painted the whole interior of the house 🎨🏠. Swipe through to see how the finish turned out and the process it took. We had to patch and sand all of the holes and visible drywall seams. Then we texturized and before final painting.
