@adriandix I am happy to say that after a two hour wait, “L” & “C” were able to diagnose and treat my wound. A tetanus shot was also recommended and given just in case 🙏🏼. In B.C., the average wait time rose from 79 minutes in 2022 to 93 minutes last year, according to Medimap.

Currently waiting in cue that’s non existent at a UPCC (Urgent Primary Care Centre) in Metrotown in Burnaby. It is very busy here. @Fraserhealth staffer is sending people home and asking people to wait for a phone call to be triaged, though triage forms are filled when you arrive
