In case anyone has any doubt about who is responsible for the situation in Oleshky, here's a July 2026 report from Human Rights Watch - not a pro-Russian source, but rather a US State Dept affiliated source - stating that Oleshky has been under sustained attack by Ukrainian forces and that there are credible indications that Ukrainian forces have used drones and mines on the roads in and around Oleshky. If this is how a State Dept affiliated source describes the situation, just imagine what the situation really is and the full level of responsibility of Ukrainian forces for it.
