@cineworld I called Customer Sevices and they told me there was nothing they could do, even as an unlimited member, and so I've now wasted over £30 + the extra £30 I had to use to rebook for today's date

Last week, after a couple of days of trying to book tickets at @cineworld and having no successful purchase AFTER they took money (but did then refund it) we were finally able to book the tickets we wanted, however the tickets we booked were for Friday and not today.

@cineworld We didn't realise the film was booked for Friday, we thought we had booked it for Today at 4:30pm but instead the website had booked us in for Last Friday at 4:30pm.

It wasn't until I went to double check the showing time that we noticed the booking error the website had made

And now we can't get a refund as its past the date we didn't book for. I remember selecting Monday, it even moved us from our selected seats so I had to go back and change it, but made sure to check the date.
