@GMPWythenshawe I really hope a serious example is made of this case with severe punishment for the perpetrator and the onlookers who didn't help. This is happening too often. We need to have every child far to scared to ever even think of doing something like this, let alone do it.

I mentioned this at one of the meetings I attended yesterday.

Palliative care needs to be routinely available to people living with very severe M.E.

As the quality of life is equal to late stage cancer/renal failure there is clearly a need. Though obviously 'care' would likely be longer term.

Am I right?

@DogLovers03 Do you have friends or neighbours with dogs that Bill could socialise with? Maybe having some form of canine company might pick him up a bit. It's soul destroying to watch a pet grieve. My Dad's dog died of a broken heart just a few months after my Dad died. His grief was huge.
