Playoffs are 36 races.
Playoffs start at Daytona and end in Phoenix or wherever.
Every team is in the playoffs.
Every point is a playoff point.
You get to keep all of your playoff points.
There are no “rounds” in order to keep as many drivers in the playoffs as possible.
You are eliminated when it is mathematically impossible to accumulate enough playoff points to win the championship.
Whichever playoff driver accumulated the most playoff points after the 36th round of playoffs is the champion.
