A difficult and complex case to prepare but it was all worth it in the end. There is no better feeling as a lawyer when your hard work pays off and you get an excellent result for your Client! (2/2)
Returned from annual leave today to find that a case I have been working on for almost 3 years resulted in my Client being acquitted on all 7 Counts following a 10 day Crown Court trial. (1/2)

A very satisfactory afternoon yesterday after my client was cleared of gross misconduct and all allegations were not proven following a 3 day misconduct hearing. The allegations involved my client having to place himself on duty and arrest a member of the public. (1/3)
Huge thanks must go to instructed Counsel Ben Summers and @WestMercPolFed / @wmpfcaplo for the instruction and all their help and assistance too. (3/3)
This is a case that has been ongoing for in excess of 18 months and IMO should never have gotten this far. Well over 100 hours of preparation have gone into this case and it makes it all worthwhile when we manage to achieve the right result. (2/3)
Judge Cedric Simpson was astonished when defendant Corey Harris, who has a suspended driver's licence, joined a court hearing while driving his car โฌ๏ธ

Great feedback from my client following our brilliant result earlier this week. Excellent client care is one of the things I pride myself on so itโs always nice to get recognition!
Another brilliant result secured in the Crown Court today as the CPS offered no evidence in relation to a case Iโve been preparing for over 12 months. Thankfully my client does not have wait until Feb 2025 for their trial and can now put this behind them (1/2)
