有人质疑我当初为什么明明知道中国的电视台把我塑造成一个负面人物，还要去参加这些节目。
这就是底层人的无奈之处了，发传单征婚是因为实在找不到工作活不下去了。
上了电视节目之后，我前进一步也是死，后退一步也是死。无可奈何之下，也只得维持现状，看看往后有什么办法。
我发传单是因为走投无路，发现被电视台捉弄羞辱之后，我不上电视台同样是走投无路的状态，就只能继续往前走。
我来美国之后，发现自己有第三条路可走。我在美国总是能找到工作，能赚到钱养活自己，我当然要过我自己想要的生活。
哪怕是在餐馆指甲店工作，我也觉得很好，没有人羞辱我捉弄我，我挣的是有尊严的钱，我就想普普通通的过平常人的日子。
有人奇怪我为什么对在中国的名气弃之如敝屣，我早就想通了：只要我对名气还有一丝一毫的留恋，我这一辈子都过不上正常人的日子了。
人的生命只有一次，有朝一日不戴帽子和口罩，我也能堂堂正正的走在大街上，就是我这辈子的基本目标。

Matthew McConaughey didn’t speak to his own mother for 8 years. She gave a TV crew a tour of the home he grew up in for some money.

In the video below, McConaughey reveals the moment he realized his mother had betrayed him.

In the mid-90s, he suddenly became one of the hottest stars in Hollywood. Overwhelmed, he kept calling his mom for advice.

Then he noticed something. Whatever he told her in private showed up in the papers three days later.

One day, a friend called and told him to turn on the TV. There was his mother on the tabloid show Hard Copy, giving a tour of the house and pointing out the bed where he lost his virginity.

When he called her, she said she didn’t think he would find out.

He says it was the biggest betrayal of all, because your mom is supposed to be the one person always on your side.

For the next 8 years, he kept their calls to five minutes and barely said a word. Today, he says he has forgiven her.

Would you forgive your own mother for selling your secrets, or would you never trust her again?
