Front foot down, then throw, is the feeling you want.

Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house.

Well timed intensity.

Stay sideways, keep backside connected as long as possible.

Gather rhythm before foot strike & get violent after. Rotate late in a hallway, be patient.

Dancing on the mound, or moving to one side of the rubber against RHB the opposite side against LHB, can be an advantage for pitchers with arsenals that ride the horizontal line.

Dancing can help improve tunneling & command.
