“To be successful at anything, you don’t have to be special. You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined and willing to work for it. No shortcuts.”
— Tom Brady
The story of Joseph is so powerful because it teaches us something most people don’t want to accept:
Being favored by God does not exempt you from betrayal.
Joseph was gifted.
He was chosen.
He was marked by God.
Yet the first people to turn on him were the ones closest to him.
His own brothers betrayed him, sold him, lied about him, and left him for dead.
So if you’re in a season of betrayal, misunderstanding, or being overlooked, don’t rush the process.
Don’t become bitter.
Don’t lose your integrity.
God is still writing the story.
The same God who met Joseph in the pit is the same God who placed him in the palace.
Stay faithful.
Stay aligned.
Stay soft in a hard season.
God knows exactly where you are. ✨
