Let Baby Prince Rule

In the Case of George Kusemererwa v King Oyo, the High Court held that “The King is therefore the supreme and his decisions cannot be questioned and he has the liberty to make any
decision.”

Court confirmed that Oyo was right to suspend the 1999 Tooro Constitution. So as we speak, Tooro has no Constitution and by this judgment, it means the King’s Word is final and can’t be questioned. The King’s word is expressed in his 2022 Will appointing his son as heir to the throne.
