Coinbase sucks!!! My account has been under review for more than half a year and all the customer service agent can say is NOTHING, just wait, be patient. Can you trust such a virtual platform and Brian Armstrong with your money?

Frustrated with @Coinbase. My account has been “under review” for over two months with zero communication. I contacted support at least 4 times, each time told to “wait.” One even closed my case without resolution. Completely unacceptable.
I asked to close my account — I was then threatened by an agent named Rishita that I’d lose all my funds if I did. I asked to verify this shocking claim or speak to a manager — Rishita refused.
Is it true that Coinbase can just take your crypto if you try to leave? Can someone at Coinbase confirm or deny this? I’m still waiting for a real answer.

@elonmusk Based on my four-year experience with my model x, I doubt that. tesla service center usually sucks and overprices the service, and you don’t have many alternatives.
