It’s 2026
You pay some subscriptions.
You get borderline super-intelligence that can do any white collar work, running dozens of agents, doing many tasks simultaneously, and use any machines you have access to as fast as you need… If this is too slow (somehow) you can double its speed in exchange for higher usage.
The subscription providers are in a death-match and compete for your business by repeatedly resetting the subscription so you rarely run out.
Every few months your model gets much more intelligent… the subscription does not increase in price.
They warn you it’s too powerful every few months, then release it anyway. The potential danger seems overblown and now just excites you.
If you are somehow unhappy with this service you can use Chinese models which are 90-95% as good, priced between almost free, on api, to actually free by downloading them.
The craziest part? There are people not doing this 🤯
@edleonklinger A vibecoded universe, the result of some guys $200 a month pro plan. Through that lens genesis reads like a series of one shot prompts lol.
Incredible work, I wanted to ask if you had considered adding jetson computer to the ducks head and running gemma4 or similar sized LLM to receive sensor input and call the controller functions as an addition to manual control? Not to replace the ducks onboard computer but to provide smart conversation with the user, and automate the controller functions via audio command, or cron jobs etc
@AnselDias@AutoFAB_inc@fdotinc Incredible work, I wonder how it would handle harder to separate pieces? Also when training with the leader arm did you need two 3d printers due to the complexity of the operation ? lol
@SHPcrypto The EU is actually on a suicide run, the funniest moment will be when they attempt to institute UBI to share the AI wealth and prevent economic collapse but are horrified to learn there are no AI companies in Europe to generate the prosperity required to fund it.
Well said, I left three years ago, and it’s gotten considerably worse since I left. I’m an entrepreneur and job creator. It’s an Unfortunate situation, I didn’t want to leave and if the situation improves I’d be open to moving back but until the situation changes I cannot in good faith participate in and support the society as it is today, having my children grow up in a fundamentally unsafe environment, I love Britain it is my home, but my primary obligation is to my family.
@bretep Hey @bretep just wanted to flag this for your awareness it looks like shipyard, maintainer of ipfs is ceasing operations hopefully there is a solution as the ipfs gateways are quite popular amongst users https://t.co/nViVMNBZAB
