@DrBradJohnson What you forgot to mention is the amount of schooling teachers complete. To move horizontally on salary guides many teachers get masters degrees, more certs, even doctorates. Yet the salary they are moving to doesn’t come close to that of other professions w/ comparable schooling

@TolentinoTeach I would argue that even if they watched episodes of TV shows or movies, that would be beneficial. At least it was written and has literary elements. Consuming garbage content from talentless hacks on YouTube is now the cultural norm and kids don’t know what plot, setting etc are
