We’re always missing information. it’s just funny how you have a go at me for making assumptions, but you’re also making assumptions. maybe it is private, maybe it isn’t. either way, if it’s breaking title ix or not, the school is still violating 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause, and state free-expression and due process laws. (That���s if we make assumptions or have an argument based on hypotheticals which, pretty much all arguments, maybe all arguments are to at least some extent.) maybe the moms talking utter bullocks, maybe the school is, maybe the whole things fake, most if us don’t know, we don’t know these people. but we can hypothesis what’s legal or not based on hypotheticals/assumptions of what’s going on with this case

Even if the title ix argument doesn’t apply if what you say about it’s a private school that doesn’t take federal funds. the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause, and state free-expression laws and due process laws, have been been breached

I mean.. you shouldn’t eat much of either of them. the inorganic arsenic in rice and mercury in tuna is toxic to us. for 100 grams of skipjack tuna you’re looking at about 15 micrograms of mercury. a 70kg male shouldn’t have any more than 50 micrograms of mercury per week. that’s 3 tins of skipjack tuna. that would akso mean no mercury from any other sources for that week too. for inorganic arsenic, white basmati rice is the rice that has lowest levels of inorganic arsenic than any other rice (or so i read), at about 4 micrograms per portion. there is no safe low limit for inorganic arsenic. it’s risky to consume at any levels. I would steer clear as much as possible. eat it when out and about, curry with mates etc. but when cooking for myself, tri colour quinoa cooked in chicken stock instead of water (2 cups chicken stock to 1 cup quinoa), mix in some butter, garlic, salt and pepper too. absolutely banging!

Court of public opinion can put a lot of pressure on the school and make them cave. whether they win by court ruling or by the public putting pressure on the school or by other means, a wins a win, and suing can help get that win
