@British_Airways And this is the reason I wanted to ask you for answers on Twitter! To show people the sort of travel agents you are selling your flights to and then take no responsibility for it! Also the fact you don’t let name changes unless it’s 4 characters? Forcing you to buy a new ticket!

@British_Airways When are BA going to step up to the mark!!!! I brought tickets for 8 people on a BA flight through a travel agent they sold the tickets to. I want to change the name of one of the tickets which you can only do if you have spelt it incorrectly? Asking for help!!!!

@British_Airways Hi Chelsea, I have tried several times which is why I’m calling out to BA! You have sold the tickets to a terrible travel agent so I’m asking for your help! Everything they say is BA won’t let us do that or the ticket isn’t refundable but when I speak to BA it is??

I am even willing to purchase that ticket again but both companies are telling me they can't refund the ticket to try and force me to purchase a new ticket which is double the price!! Absolute disgrace, I would have expected better from a home nation airline.
