And the pen thing by the way is called a coniotomy, a tube is inserted on the cricothyroid membrane

@DavidLochhead1 @Sage_medics Oh and by the way, the larynx is almost only shown by a nasofaryngeal view, meaning that the flexible endoscope is inserted through a nostril, which kind of adds to my point that a gastroscopy is performed by and orofaryngeal tube with which you can not sea the larynx
