Bennington Legion Post #266 is hosting Senior night and B.A.L youth night on Wednesday, July 9th. The game starts at 7:00pm. Our senior players will be recognized. And any B.A.L. youth player that wears their game jersey will get into the game for free.
Come cheer on the boys as they play for the Class B State Championship at Werner Park on Friday, 5/23, at 3:30pm.

Bennington defeats Gross Catholic 11-1 and advances to the Class B final against Gretna East on Friday.

Badgers win 7-3 and advance to the Class B State Tournament. Utterback and Lichty held Wahoo to 7 hits and tallied 7 Ks. Smith led the team with 3 hits. Schuman and Boever each had 2 hits. Spencer cracked the game open in the bottom of the 6th with a 3 run home run. Go Badgers!
Badgers put together a good offensive attack with 10 hits. Mlnarik, Essink, and Boever each had 2 hits. Mlnarik drove in 2 runs. Smith and Spencer drove in 1 each. Badgers will be back in action tomorrow at Pruess field. JV first pitch at 4:30.

The badgers got the win against Westview to claim the Bennington Classic championship. Brandt Schmidt pitched a complete game striking out 5 while only giving up 4 hits. Boever and Essink put together some timely hitting in the bottom of the 6th to take the lead 3-2. Go Badgers!!
Badgers-10 Pius X-5. Badgers found some timely hitting and solid pitching out of Hill, Fitzgerald, and Lichty. Badger pitchers racked up 10 Ks on the day. Essink had 3 hits. Boever, Spencer, and Fitzgerald each had 2 hits. Shoutout to Steve’s lava chicken for bringing the energy.
Badgers got the W against Omaha Gross 11-3. Bats continued to stay hot with Schuman, Essink, and Buechler leading the way with two hits each. Utterback earned the win racking up 4 Ks. Badgers will be back in action on Thursday at Pruess field against Crete. First pitch at 4:30.
