A fish vendor in #Basista, #Pangasinan, poured bleach and detergent over her confiscated #fish, saying she wanted to make sure the goods could no longer be sold.

The vendor said she had asked authorities to let her pay a penalty to recover her fish but was told they would instead be left to spoil.
