Beatrice's name is literally Italian. Even when said with a strong japanese accent by the current Beatrice, she's still referring to the ita enunciation.
Beatoriche and beha-tree-cheh are the only two reasonable options.

Love Ryukishi to death, and I too criticize his prose sometimes but to say that there's no reason to have all that text is just insincere and an impolite jab at his penmanship.
Here he feels like he needs to stress out that this wasn't out a one-time thing but rather an issue 1/x
