Our teams don't exist just to compete. They are also a vital source of community. We need that now more than ever.

Coaches arenโt hired to grind themselves into exhaustion.
Jack Mullaney with a great reminder that, โYou were hired for your mind, your heart, your passion, your energy.โ
If you donโt protect those, youโll lose yourself and you lose your impact.

Head coaches are constantly stuck playing defense with their time and energy.
In my podcast conversation with Head Coach of the HOKA NAZ Elite, Jack Mullaney, he shared that the greatest edge a coach can gain is creating a schedule that actually aligns with their values and priorities.
He framed it simply: โI want everyday to be a day I go on offense.โ
Are you playing offense with your time or reacting all day on defense?

The first guest interview of 2026 is LIVE!
Loved this conversation with @JackMullaney29 on the Win More, Live Better podcast.
"Good coaching might be teaching you to perform when the lights are on, but great coaching is teaching you how to live when the lights go out."
"Some of the best coaches I ever had didn't just teach you how to win, they taught you how to live."
If you're looking for a masterclass on being a values-driven coach and leader, then I highly recommend checking out the full conversation.

Looks like someone learned to FLY ๐ชฝ
In his third career marathon, @NAZ_Eliteโs Alex Masai knocks an ENORMOUS 3+ minutes off his PB with a 2:04:37 third place finish at the 2025 Chicago Marathon.
Masai, a Hofstra University alum, finished ninth in his debut in Chicago next year and catapulted to a podium finish this time with beautifully even splits of 62:19-62:18.

Five South African National Records (5000 (o), 3000 (o) 2x, 10,000, 5000 (i)) in his last five races, dating back to the Oslo Diamond League last June.
Great start for Adrian!
How about that for an opener?!
In his first race since the Silesia Diamond League last August, Adrian runs 12:55.02 at BU, setting a new Personal Record, NAZ Elite Team Record, and a South African National Record.
What a weekend for the squad!
It always stings to finish 4th with a US Team on the line, but in just his 2nd Half Marathon, Ahmed showed he will be a force at this distance in the future.
And wow, if you aren't paying attention to Tyler yet, you will soon. Few can match his persistence the past 4 years!
What a run for Ahmed! He sets a new personal best by 2:12 to finish a close 4th place in 1:01:03 in Atlanta.
Tyler runs his first half in over four years, finishing 23rd in 1:04:05. Incredible perseverance by this guy!
Well done, men!
Ahmed takes the win at the Mesa 10k, crossing the line in 28:02!
Tyler finishes 8th in 29:25, his first race back after a small setback in October.
Great start to the season, guys!
