The 2yr deal is a weird one. In my opinion that tells me FSG aren’t convinced in Hughes and therefore aren’t all in on Iraola either. If this window and next season go well then they both get new deals?

Iraola took 1 member of staff to Bournemouth with him. A fitness coach from Vallecano. All other coaching staff were there before him and have stayed there. So we don’t only have to replace the manager, we have to find an entire coaching staff suited to him.
