It was my first time attending the Legislative Summit—and, believe it or not, my first work event in Chicago.

They did a fantastic job showcasing the city.

Ran the @BigTenNetwork 10K this weekend, and the whole family came into town for it.

Finished in just over an hour (1:04:4), which I'm proud of. Now I'm debating signing up for the Chicago Half Marathon next June... 🥴

Nearly 100 (!) policymakers from the state, local, and federal levels were in the room—and I had the chance to share Steelhead's (@Vestas) work in Iowa and reconnect with many longtime friends / supporters.
