As schools are getting back in session. Remember we will once again see school buses picking up and taking home children each day. Please pay attention and drive safe around these yellow buses and around all of our schools.
The 4th July is a time to load up the car and visit friends and relatives. Trips to the lake, bbq's, pool parties, and American flags signify a favorite American pastime. If you plan on celebrating, please do so in a responsible manner. We hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th.
JPD K9 Riggs is still adjusting to our SEMO weather, so he has been trying to find new ways to "stay cool" on these hot days. So recently he found that our City Park has a nice creek to cool off in.

The 100-Mile Yard sale starts this Thursday at MO 34/72/25 and heads down Highway 25 for 100 miles. Drivers need to be alert and to be aware of their surroundings. Please watch out for sudden stops and to look for pedestrian traffic.

The 2021 Uptown Jackson Revitalization Organization Christmas Parade is this Sunday, December 5th, at 5:00 pm. Parking will be resticted along the parade route starting at 2 pm. Parking will be restored to normal immediately following the parade.
