Never tell someone to go to hell, you might end up seeing them there again. Nor wish God will take them, you might be the head of welcoming your friends up there.
Emotional AFFAIRS and cyber-affairs destroy marriages just like physical affairs do. They all are cheating. So be careful when getting close to someone of the opposite sex who's not your mate, because affairs most always start with "We're just friends."
Don't hide friendships with the opposite sex from your spouse. Openness and honestly are a MUST in your marriage.
THE SPIRIT OF MASTURBATION: HOW TO BREAK IT
Joseph was alone in Potiphar's house. Genesis 39:11.
No wife. No family. No one watching. A door was open, a desire was knocking, and the temptation came "day by day." Genesis 39:10.
Now listen carefully.
Joseph did not win that battle in the moment. He won it long before. He lived like a man who knew God was in the room even when no person was. His answer was clear: "How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?" Genesis 39:9.
And when the temptation got close, he did not stand there and negotiate. He ran. Genesis 39:12.
That is the first lesson. The enemy does not start with a fall. He starts with an urge. He looks for the moment you are alone, tired and weak in prayer, and he whispers, "No one will know."
But you are never alone. God sees. And Scripture tells us what to do: "Flee also youthful lusts, but pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." 2 Timothy 2:22.
Here is what many young men are never told. What you keep feeding grows. Every time you give in, the habit gets stronger, and then it begins to hold you down. Then comes the shame, and shame makes you pull away from the very God who can set you free.
But there is a way out, and it is not shame. "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Romans 8:1. Come back to prayer. Open the Word. Cut off what feeds it. Tell a trusted brother. Fill the empty hours with purpose. "Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." Galatians 5:16.
If you are fighting this today, God is not done with you. The same Holy Spirit who helped Joseph run will help you stand.
WHAT HAS HELD YOU WILL NOT HOLD YOU ANYMORE. YOU ARE FREE IN JESUS' NAME.

WIVES: Sex often improves intimacy and connection for your husband. Sex tells your husband that youโre still in love. Sex is more than just a physical connection. Itโs the way your husband connects with you emotionally.

When this 17-year-old girl found out she was dying, she spent 25 minutes alone in her room. And what happened next would leave even her doctors speechless... โคต๏ธ
Her name was Chiara Badano, and in 1988, she started having terrible pain in her shoulder. Doctors thought she'd pulled a muscle. But when the pain wouldn't stop, they ran more tests and discovered something devastating.
Chiara had bone cancer, and it had already spread. She was only 17.
When she got home, she fell onto her bed and didn't speak for 25 minutes. Her mother could see how much she was struggling. Chiara knew what this meant. She might never get to grow up, get married, or have a family.
But after 25 minutes, she made a decision that would change everything. Instead of turning away from God, she chose to give Him her suffering.
And she began repeating one prayer:
"For you, Jesus, if you want it, I want it too."
Over the next two years, things only got worse. The cancer spread. Chemotherapy left her unable to walk, and the pain became unbearable.
But something strange was happening. The more Chiara suffered, the more people noticed her joy.
She would smile through the pain. Her family even caught her singing when she thought nobody was listening. And when doctors offered her morphine, she refused because she wanted to stay alert and offer her suffering to Jesus on the cross.
Her friends would visit, hoping to cheer her up. But they soon realized they were the ones who needed her.
People began calling her "Luce," meaning "light," because of the joy she brought to everyone around her. Even one of her doctors said her smile showed them that death wasn't the end.
But as Chiara's life came to an end, she made one final request that broke her mother's heart.
She asked to be buried in a wedding dress.
Not because she was getting married on earth, but because she believed she was about to meet Jesus, the one she had given her whole life to.
She even told her mother not to cry at her funeral, but to have everyone sing.
On October 7, 1990, Chiara died just weeks before turning 19. And her final words were:
"Goodbye. Be happy because I'm happy."
In 2010, the Catholic Church declared her Blessed Chiara Luce Badano.
She couldn't choose whether the cancer would take her life. But she could choose whether it would take her faith.
And she never stopped saying yes to Jesus.
๐ฌ Have you ever gone through something so painful that you struggled to understand why God allowed it?
Seeing this visually crushed me. Itโs absolutely wild how easily we condemn someone elseโs sexual sin while making excuses for our own. Weโll point at homosexuality or adultery, then brush off lust or sex outside of marriage like it barely matters.
Different sins can cause different harm, but none of us becomes righteous because we think someone elseโs sin is worse. Godโs holiness should lead us to examine ourselves, too.
We ALL need repentance. We ALL need grace. We ALL need Jesus. ๐
Donโt marry a woman hoping marriage will change her.
If she isnโt respectful or supportive now, donโt assume a ring will fix it.
Marriage usually magnifies existing habits; it rarely creates new ones.
A sign of a healthy marriage is when both spouses are willing to initiate sex.
If only one does all the initiating, that spouse will often find it hard to believe that their spouse is proud of them and is happy to be married to them ... when they never want them sexually.
There comes a point where constantly rejecting your spouse stops being 'I'm not in the mood' and starts becoming neglect.
And before somebody intentionally misunderstands me,
Youโre allowed to be tired.
Youโre allowed to not feel well.
Youโre allowed to simply not want to tonight.
A โnoโ is not neglect.
But when one spouse reaches for the other over and over and keeps getting pushed away, eventually โnot tonightโ starts sounding like something else.

๐๐ต๐ฐ๐ฑ ๐ข๐ด๐ฌ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ.
And eventually?
They might.
Thatโs the part we donโt talk about enough.
Sometimes there are very real reasons intimacy changes. Hormones. Postpartum. Medication. Pain. Exhaustion. Grief. Problems inside the marriage.
But your spouse deserves conversation, too.
Because the answer canโt always be expecting the person you married to quietly stop needing a part of marriage that matters deeply to them.
You are allowed to say no tonight.

Both things can be true.
