A rope swing is so good for children’s coordination, core and arm strength, assessment of risk and self esteem (and for my little girl’s language “tight” and ability to connect with others “look, P—-!”) and is, most importantly, FUN! Big outdoor play can be for 1 year olds, too!
"scientists don't want you know" is a phrase that always cracks me up because if you actually meet a scientist they will be shaking and crying like an overstimulated chihuahua with the need to let you know
A message from our group of survivors to the South Yorkshire Police and West Midlands Police today, on the announcement of the #Hillsborough Law:

Tiv research participant, quoted by Frank Salamone (1977):

@coupdecoeur@sensorystories_ Thanks so much for this- strangely wasn’t notified that I had a reply to this, feel like x is working against me! I spoke with optibac, and their capsules can be opened and mixed with (cold) food and drink. Just had my first capsule today. Has it been working for you?
I’m delighted to be returning to EastEnders as the show heads towards its 40th anniversary.
EastEnders has always meant so much to me, so to return as the show is about to celebrate such a special anniversary, is an absolute honour.
Happy New Year 👍🏻
