My whole building philosophy is basically: can i make a square? ok then i start. the janky first version always teaches me more than the perfect plan i never finished drawing anyway.

The odds we'll see the nasdaq/sp 20% down are quite high, there is too much the market can't handle (yields, tapering, inflation, fed printers at max and the market still taking a hit, china, china fud, china fuckeries, supply chain issues etc)
