It's in the nature of "rights" as used in the Constitution. A "right" means others can't physically interfere with your pursuit of that right within you own means. A "right" does not entitled you to other's assistance in your thoughts. For instance, the right to Freedom of Religion, means you can believe as you see fit, but it doesn't mean that you can demand others join you in that religion or that they must build you a church. In the case at hand a man may see himself as a woman and act and dress accordingly. He can use whatever bathroom he wants at home But he can't demand that others join him in his singular view of reality. In public, he must use the male restroom.
