@drewlevin @HommyAG If hypothetically there were 30 elements of skill expression (laning/CSing/whatever) previously and now it's 25 elements, that doesn't mean skill expression is gone. But there are less ways to express skills in areas where you might have an advantage

@drewlevin @HommyAG No. I very much believe there is still skill expression in the game. Wave management, positioning, vision control, trading, kiting, skillshots etc. But this doesn't change the fact that there are less ways to express skill than previously and it keeps getting removed/simplified

@drewlevin @HommyAG It's a pattern of removing skill expression like the the need to track ward timers, jungle pathing, camp timers and invade nerfs. These were all skills you got rewarded for mastering but they got removed because "skill epression should be in other areas" what'll get removed next?

@drewlevin @HommyAG If draft players want training wheels in their games to learn that's fine. But the entire point of ranked queue is to use what you've learned in a competitive environment, not getting handheld.

@KingKandyUwU @Spideraxe30 Draft is the exact same game mode as ranked except you don't get put in a competitive ladder. No one is complaining about stuff like this in draft games.

@TheTungstenCube @EternalYan67 Yeah it's good situationally but you don't burn flash off CD so a lot of times you just sit on sums long enough for the summoner CDR to not make a difference. It has a lot of "megumi" value but it's not guaranteed as much as other boots

@SpringsPulse @kazjire He's a generalist and does not provide anything that you can't get from tribbie, he just has slightly better numbers than her so he's a slight upgrade. If you're on a budget you can skip him, he's not like Sparkle to Archer or Hyacine to Castorice
