For some reason I assumed people with cerebral palsy had little way to communicate i wasn't fully aware of the technology behind they're speech and their own free will. I apologize if I offended your brother or anyone else in the disabled community.

@thomas_trotter @landminerei @ZoeSinns @tugberk37 That just wasn't in my curriculum. When I got to high-school we got to chose our science credits and I chose forensics, Bio, Chem and Psychology I doubt they brung up in Psychology if cerebral palsy holds no cognitive issues.
