We know the adults stuff is not being filmed in order because one of the first leaked images was Dumbledore talking to Nicholas Flamel which will obviously be near the end of the show

The last leaked image that came out in May is the ending goodbye at King's Cross so the actors will have only aged four months going into season 2

Chamber of Secrets started filming 14 months after that so there is a 14 month gap between the ending of movie 1 and the begining of movie 2
