- 1st degree false imprisonment
- Domestic violence causing serious bodily injury

Terroristic threats and false imprisonment charges are class 3A felonies that carry a maximum penalty of three years in prison, plus post-release supervision, plus fines.

The domestic violence charge is a class 2A felony that carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

To everyone saying Max’s wife was only interested after finding out he was UFC champ:

1. She clearly stated she hit him up when she moved back to Hawaii for a gym recommendation
2. He suggested the gym and proceeded to ask to hangout.
3. She accepted and only found out how big of a deal he was AFTER they already started hanging out bc people kept coming up to him, which caused her to look him up online.

She didn’t ‘wait to hangout with him until she found out he was champ,’ she did the opposite.
