@RossBoomsocks It is likely unrelated but might help if it's a power delivery problem to the GPU/CPU, but you should try to update your motherboards BIOS. I have had stutters and even consistent crashes unload bc of an old BIOS.

Judging by the sounds I woke up to this morning either my upstairs and next door neighbors were moving a bunch of furniture at the same time or somebody really was really trying to speed run Ikea furniture assembly outside my bedroom window... 730 is far too early for this
