No what you’re advocating for now is literally stacking the jury or choosing the people to favor an outcome you want.

The way it’s done is fair and compliant and represents the population. I think the area in reference is like 80%+ white, so out of a small group of people you could very easily get an all white jury. Those are your peers.

It’s completely subjective. For everyone who thinks like me, there may very well be a person who says “it’s trading at 100x revenue, no way will I touch it!”

Neither is wrong. But what if the price of the company that I described in my post only goes up and you miss the train?

That’s what everyone is struggling with. SpaceX will compete with every internet provider on the planet whether they are mobile, fiber optic, residential, commercial, doesn’t matter. Do you want to take the risk of missing that train?

Their infrastructure is real and soon they will be deploying it into space, Google and Anthropic are buying access to their GPU’s.

As soon as you have government regulate something like this is the second that suddenly parents are being imprisoned because the government says you are mistreating your kid because you gave them a video to watch on your phone.

How about they do something so that life is actually better? Like stop giving money to people who don’t need it and support the people actually working, following the rules, and trying to support their families. Those people need help not more fuckin rules to follow.
